3 Things Not to Miss at TPC

Sure, golf is great, but TPC is more than that, it’s an experience! Whether you’re in the mood for tacos, looking for a refreshing cocktail, or just want a space to hang out, we’ve got you covered. 

Tacos on 12 only comes around once a year and has become a staple of TPC! While enjoying the grounds in the fabulous spring weather, this is one place you will absolutely have to stop. Tacos on 12 is the second home of TacoLu that is only open for one week during THE PLAYERS Championship. TacoLu is a delicious restaurant located on Beach Boulevard in the summer of 2008 and is now a Jax Beach staple! Their TPC menu offers a couple of their unique tacos, Coke products, and a few signature TacoLu cocktails, including the “Sangria Rita”, a great combination of sangria and the TacoLu Margarita.

Looking to make a splash at TPC? You could go the route that Jerry Pate did when he won the inaugural Players in 1982 and take a celebratory plunge, or you may choose a more enjoyable option… drinking a delicious Sawgrass Splash! There is a signature drink on the TPC Sawgrass property that is made available at any of the full-service bars and lounges on the grounds. The drink features a phenomenal medley of citrus and Ketel One vodka, an official sponsor of TPC. The food and beverage manager at TPC Sawgrass, Nick Herbst,  states, “Being in Florida – the biggest citrus producer in the country – it only makes sense that our drink would feature all three of them.” The ice-cold beverage is perfect for sipping while strolling the grounds and can be enjoyed year-round at the clubhouse bar. 

When you’re ready to relax and refuel, you can continue enjoying the tournament in the new Intracoastal Club. The open-air venue is located between holes 12 and 13 with amazing views. There will be plenty of TVs, bar-style seating, and upscale food and beverage options. Get your tickets for the brand-new Intracostal Club now, as they won’t be available for long!
