Shake Shack NOW OPEN in Jacksonville Beach //
The New York-based burger chain, Shake Shack, has opened its second Northeast Florida location in the South Beach Regional shopping center in South Jacksonville Beach.
Positioned among other popular neighborhood staples like Trader Joe’s, Home Depot, and Nordstrom Rack, it’s the perfect place for visitors and residents to enjoy. We love searching for new finds at T.J. Maxx, then enjoying a vanilla shake with a side of crinkle-cut fries -- Layton's order!
What started as a humble hot dog cart in New York City’s Madison Square Park in 2001 has grown into a global burger icon. Founded by restaurateur Danny Meyer, Shake Shack’s mission was simple: serve high-quality, freshly made American classics with a dose of hospitality. By 2004, the cart evolved into a permanent kiosk – and from there, the Shack quickly spread across the U.S. and beyond.
Shake Shack is a new go-to option in South Jacksonville Beach for quality burgers and a welcoming atmosphere. You can expect to find 3,200 square feet of dining experience with indoor and covered outdoor seating. We’re thinking it’s the perfect place for a casual catch-up, beach lunch, late-night bite, or a post-Target-run snack! And, true to Shake Shack tradition, you can also expect to find local beer options like Funky Buddha’s Tropical Floridian and Jai Alai IPA.
