The Fresh Monkee Craze Comes to Ponte Vedra Beach //

Exciting news for residents and visitors of Ponte Vedra Beach – Fresh Monkee, a fast-casual smoothie and protein snack shop that just opened in the Shoppes of Ponte Vedra. They celebrated their grand opening weekend on October 25th! 

Founder Judy Flynn started Fresh Monkee in Connecticut back in 2014 with a mission to serve clean, unpretentious nutrition on the go. She highlights their use of no artificial syrups and mystery powders, only real food – just what we like to hear! She wanted to go beyond the typical juice bar, smoothie joint, or coffee drive-thru and provide her community with another option for proper nutrition. What started as a small, local business grew into a national brand, selling over 1.5 million shakes since its founding. 

Fresh Monkee is committed to creating wholesome, made-to-order shakes crafted with real ingredients: fresh fruits and vegetables, proteins, natural nut butters, and minimal added sugar. You can order fan favorites like the Chunkee Monkee with banana and peanut butter protein, or splurge on a special seasonal flavor like Caramel Apple. 

Layton tried the Blueberry Pie flavor and it was a major hit!

Additionally, you can find indoor and outdoor seating, with a 350-square-foot patio, room for up to 40 guests, and a relaxed space to hang out with family, catch up with friends, or chill post-workout. 

You can find Northeast Florida’s only Fresh Monkee location in the Shoppes of Ponte Vedra, at 330 A1A N, Suite 300. The shop is open from 7:00am-7:00pm weekdays and 8:00am - 4:00pm on weekends – providing the perfect option for a quick breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up!
