Twenty Mile

The Twenty Mile community is a distinct area within the larger Nocatee master-planned community located in Ponte Vedra, Florida. There are many neighborhoods surrounded by preserved forests, wetlands and the intracoastal.

The community developed by The Parc Group, features over 1,000 single-family homes encompassing various architectural styles, such as Coastal, Traditional, and Craftsman. Within the Twenty Mile community there are 12 neighborhoods offering a suburban lifestyle with upscale amenities, natural beauty, and a strong sense of community.

The Colony at Twenty Mile offers one and two story single-family homes ranging in size from 2,400 to 3,800 square feet. This neighborhood consists of 218 homes built by David Weekley Homes, ICI Homes, and Providence. This 2- cul de sac subdivision has picturesque views of natural woodlands and ponds.

The Crossing at Twenty Mile neighborhood offers 274 single-family homes built by David Weekly, Dostie Homes, CalAtlantic and Providence Homes. Home sizes range from 1,500 to over 3,200 square feet.

The Hammock at Twenty Mile is the smallest neighborhood within Nocatee made up of 9 large lot single-family homes on a single culdesac street. The homes were built by the custom home builder Glenn Layton Homes ranging from 3,400 to over 4,000 square feet.

The Island at Twenty Mile offers 45 luxury single-family homes. These homes are situated on large lots and range from 3,000 to over 6,000 square feet built by CalAtlantic, David Weekly, and ICI Homes. These beautiful homes back up to either the lake or natural woodlands.

The Junction at Twenty Mile offers 50 single-family homes built by Dostie and David Weekly. These single family homes range from 2,400 to over 3500 square feet.

The Outlook at Twenty Mile offers 226 single-family homes ranging in size from 2,400 to over 4,200 square feet built by CalAtlantic, David Weekley Homes, ICI Homes, and Providence Homes. Most homes have water or preserve views.

The Pointe at Twenty Mile is an upscale neighborhood with only 28 large single-family homes ranging from 3,000 to over 6,000 square feet. All homes back up to preserves and are built by CalAtlantic, David Weekley Homes, and ICI Homes.

The Ranch at Twenty Mile is an upscale neighborhood with 53 single-family homes ranging from 3,100 to 5,100 square feet. These high-end homes were built by David Weekley Homes.

River Landing at Twenty Mile is a luxury, completely custom built neighborhood featuring 104 lots on both the wetland preserve and Intracoastal Waterway. This is one of the most luxurious communities within Nocatee.

The Settlement at Twenty Mile is a gated community that has just over 100 single-family homes built by ICI and Toll Brothers. Homes range from 2,100 to over 2,900 with views of either natural woodlands or water.

Twenty Mile Village is conveniently located next to the Twenty Mile Park. This neighborhood offers two separate sections with a total of 259 single-family homes built by David Weekley Homes, Mattamy Homes, Providence Homes and Standard Pacific Homes. Village Park homes range in size from 1,500 to 2,900 square feet while Village Grove homes are 2,600 to 3,700 square feet in size.

The Vista at Twenty Mile is a gated luxury community with 44 estate sized single-family homes with Spanish and Mediterranean architecture built by Pineapple Corporation and Glenn Layton Homes. Homes range from 3,490 to over 5,800 square feet.

Located in Twenty Mile is a park open to all Nocatee residents. It includes a shallow-entry family swimming pool with lap lanes, covered pavilion with tables and restrooms, a peaceful nature trail, playground, a sports activity field, and a spacious dog park with separate areas for large and smaller dogs.
