The Hammock at Twenty Mile is the smallest neighborhood within Nocatee made up of 9 large lot single-family homes on a single culdesac street. The homes were built by the custom home builder Glenn Layton Homes ranging from 3,400 to over 4,000 square feet.

The Ranch at Twenty Mile is an upscale neighborhood with 53 single-family homes ranging from 3,100 to 5,100 square feet. These high-end homes were built by David Weekley Homes.
River Landing at Twenty Mile is a luxury, completely custom built neighborhood featuring 104 lots on both the wetland preserve and Intracoastal Waterway. This is one of the most luxurious communities within Nocatee.
The Settlement at Twenty Mile is a gated community that has just over 100 single-family homes built by ICI and Toll Brothers. Homes range from 2,100 to over 2,900 with views of either natural woodlands or water.
Twenty Mile Village is conveniently located next to the Twenty Mile Park. This neighborhood offers two separate sections with a total of 259 single-family homes built by David Weekley Homes, Mattamy Homes, Providence Homes and Standard Pacific Homes.
